Reutilización de los objetos de aprendizaje - Reusing Learning Objects

Hola, hoy en la mañana estaba leyendo un artículo de un amigo mío quien gerencia con mucho éxito y compromiso las áreas comercial y de tecnología de UNIVERSIA Colombia. Se refería Luis Fernando Correa a los objetos de aprendizaje. Un detalle del artículo me llamó la atención y me parece que sobre esto hay que puntualizar un poco. Se refiere Luis Fernando a que el verdadero potencial de los objetos de aprendizaje esta en su posibilidad de reutilización. Sobre esto creo que no hay discusión. Pero en lo que no estoy muy de acuerdo es que uno de los factores para que esto se pueda dar es la llamada "Independencia del contexto educativo". Voy a citar textualmente el artículo: " el recurso no debe diseñarse ni hacer referencias a contextos educativos específicos (de hacerlo, sus posibilidades de reutilización se reducirán de forma significativa)."
Un elemento en particular me preocupa de esta afirmación: Estoy convencido de que la contextualización es un factor determinante para el aprendizaje efectivo. Es más probable que un estudiante le encuentre sentido a un contenido o a una actividad de aprendizaje, si estas estan debidamente contextualizadas.
Un objeto de aprendizaje como un componente "generico", "neutro" bien puede sonar a una buena idea desde el punto de vista técnico pero el sacrificio de elementos que contribuyen al aprendizaje efectivo es demasiado alto.
Un objeto de aprendizaje como un recurso abierto me parece una mejor alternativa.
La reutilización de los objetos de aprendizaje se incantivaría no en tanto estos sean más neutros sino en tanto más se dejen modificar para ajustarse a las necesidades particulares de quien los va a usar.
En este sentido, la contextualización podría asegurarse y ajustarse cuando fuere necesario.

There is an element in this affirmation that worries to me a lot: I am convinced that the context is a determining factor for effective learning. It is more probable that a student finds a proper sense to a particular content or a learning activity, if these are properly contextualized.
A learning object as a “generic” and “neutral” component, sounds like a good idea from a technical point of view but the sacrifice of elements that contribute to effective learning is too high.
A learning object as an open resource seems to me a better alternative.
The reusability of learning objects does not depend of how much “neutral” they are, but how much you can modify them, to adjust them, to particular necessities of users.
In this sense, context can be changed when it have to.
